How do I cancel my subscription?

Before cancelling your subscription, use any remaining download credits first. Once you cancel your subscription, any outstanding download credits will expire immediately.

Paid By Credit or Debit Card

If you paid by credit or debit card and wish to cancel your subscription, follow these steps if you purchased your subscription after 26 June, 2017:

  1. Go to My Subscription
  2. Under the 'Actions' column in the table, click Cancel next to the subscription you wish to cancel.

Note: If you paid by credit card prior to 26 June 2017, you will need to send us an email as we will need to cancel your subscription for you.


Paid By PayPal

If you paid by PayPal and wish to cancel your subscription, you can do this in your PayPal account (the steps vary per country):

Australian PayPal Accounts

  • Log in to your PayPal account.
  • Click here to go to your business settings
  • Click the Financial Information tab on the left panel.
  • Next to 'My pre-approved payments', click Update.
  • Select your Healthinomics subscription in the table.
  • Click Cancel.
  • Confirm your request to finalise the cancellation. 

US PayPal Accounts

  • Log in to your PayPal account.
  • Click Profile near the top of the page.
  • Click Payment preferences.
  • Click Update next to "My preapproved payments".
  • Select Healthinomics in the table.
  • Click CancelCancel automatic billing or Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.

UK PayPal Accounts

  • Log in to your PayPal account.
  • Click the Settings icon at the top of the page.
  • Click Payments.
  • Under 'Manage Upcoming Payments', click Pre-approved Payments.
  • Use the filter to select Healthinomics and click Cancel.
  • Click Cancel Profile to confirm your request.
