How do I change my credit card details?
If you have received an email notifying you that your subscription renewal failed, you will need to update your credit card details in order to continue your subscription with Healthinomics.
The steps to update your credit card details differs depending on whether you paid by Credit Card or via PayPal.
If you paid by Credit Card, follow these steps:
- Login to Healthinomics
- Go to Account and click the "Subscription" tab
- Click "Update Payment Method":
- The page will refresh - click the "Subscription" tab again
- Update your credit card details:
- Click "Update Payment Method" button to save your changes.
