Why am I asked to purchase a subscription when I try to download a bundle?

If you try to download a bundle and are redirected to purchase a subscription, this is because you are not logged into your account or do not have an active subscription.

To login to your account, go to https://www.healthinomics.com/login. Once you are logged in, you will be able to download a bundle (providing you have sufficient credits left to do so).

To check if you have an active subscription, go to Account > Subscriptions and make sure the status of any subscription listed is 'Active' and not 'Expired' or 'Cancelled'.
