Can I get a refund?
Since Healthinomics offers non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once a subscription is purchased or renewed and the Social Media Image Bundle (product) is downloaded. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing a subscription and downloading a product from our site.
Subscriptions can also be cancelled at any time.
Bundle Did Not Download
If the bundle did not download, please check the My Account area first and re-download the bundle there. If the bundle does not appear in the My Account area, try downloading the bundle again. Once the bundle has downloaded to your device, check the folder your downloads are sent to.

Product Not As Described
Such issues should be reported within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.
Requests for a refund can be submitted here within the period of 1 week after the order is placed. You should accompany this request with detailed and grounded reasons why you apply for a refund. Please make sure your request does not contradict our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy.
