Do unused download credits expire at the end of my billing period?

Yes. Any unused download credits you have not used at the end of your billing period will expire and your credit limit will be reset for the new billing period.

This is why it is important to download all your bundles every month or year before your subscription renews.

• If you purchased a monthly subscription, your subscription will be renewed every 30 days. 
• If you purchased a yearly subscription, your subscription will be renewed every 365 days.
